weird, looks like from one moment to another Locale::Maketext::Extract started to double-escape things.

For some weird reason it looks like I forget that I've fixed locally and it seems that I got my local fix overriden by an upgrade or something like it.

Workaround commited on SVN 8495. Proper fix is not in TWiki code, I'm trying to contact upstream.
