Users sometimes hit edit to copy raw text. If another user is editing the topic the user gets a suggestion to wait or edit anyway. It helps to have some additional text, such as:

You can view the raw topic text if you want to access the text without editing the topic.

Same for lease expired message.

As seen in TestCaseOopsLeaseConflict, there's already two options with the messages, "View raw text without formatting" and "View topic". It's in a bar below the text, though.

(Looks like both of the messages are empty in classic skin, btw - can't see why).

Classic oopsleaseconflict seemed to have been broken by SVN 8386, reverting.

The lease messages are already equipped with raw view links, closing this.
