Find

   * Custom overriding styles (remove the # to enable)
      *# Set USERLAYOUTURL = 
      *# Set USERSTYLEURL = 
      *# Set USERCOLORSURL =

Note that there is no space after the bullet *

This makes the lines not work like bullets and makes the 3 lines merge to one.

Please change to
