One of the example cygwin paths for {SafeEnvPath} displayed in the configure script is incorrect. Cygwin references windows drives in the form /cygdrive/<letter>/ however the path for c:/foo is displayed as /c/cygdrive/foo not /cygdrive/c/foo. Only one of the example paths has this issue, the rest are correct.

I've attached a patch to fix this.
