The current $changes feature of FormattedSearch is a little buggy, it returns malformed html depending on the input (see Item1389.)

Proposed change/enhancement:

Fix $changes to return plain text, consistent with $summary
Implement also a $changes(render) that returns rendered text, consistent with the proposed $summary(render) feature in Item1376

Suggested FormattedSearch documentation:

`$changes`	Summary of changes between latest rev and previous rev in plain text
`$changes(3)`	Summary of changes between latest rev and rev 3
`$changes(render)`	Formatted summary of changes, with text containing emphasis and links
