TWiki does not produce valid RSS feeds. There are two issues:

Custom wiki extension (ignored by RSS readers)
Errant <span class="twikiNewLink"> in <description> (problematic)

Reproduce:

Edit an existing topic with existing content in the Sandbox web
Add this:
- WebHome, NotExistingLink
Save page (new version)
Check WebRss feed with with http://feedvalidator.org/

The validator reports this:

line 46, column 24: RDF parsing error: mixed content (4 occurrences) [help]
<description>REMOVED: <span class="twikiNewLink">ThierryPasquier<sup>?</su ...

The span issue needs to be fixed.

I am not sure what should be done with the wiki extension. If nobody is using it we should take it out. We also could leave it since it readers ignore those tags.

The rdf:RDF tag refers to xmlns:wiki="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/wiki/" That site times out.
