Password changed successfully!
You need to close your browser to make this change take effect.
which isn't true, at least not with "template login"
WN
can you just replace it with
%IF{"context can_login" then="%_{"well, blow me down, if you didn't just logout"}%" else"%_{"You need to close your browser to make this change take effect."}%"}%
Sigh One of those "well it all depends" situations that are sure to get complaints form users.
- Do you have cookies turned on?
- Can you flush the cookie for this site without shutting down the browser?
- Can you flush the browser's authentication information without shutting down the browser?
I have a plugin in Firefox that allows me to do this, but I susepct most people won't
- Did you tell your browser to remember login/passwords?
I hate the "help desk" kind of work. I hate calling the help desk since in all probability I know more about the problem than they do.
sigh

Nah. Just think what you would do if someone complained about a stuck password. The first thing you'd do would be to try to clear local context, and shutting down the browser is a good way to do that. While it isn't strictly necessary, leave the message as it is until someone
real complains (sorry Will
)
