Detail

Templates use a mix of absolute and relative paths. Should all be relative.

The result is that when you save a TWiki topic as HTML you cannot send this HTML to anyone because the browser will try and load from external sources that are often Intranet sources.

Changing to relative the browser just gives up and shows a usable HTML.

It is nice that one can save a html file and send it in an email so I fix this.

Most links are relative. I am fixing the few that are not. I have run unit tests and manual tests.
