Random users cannot see the breadcrumb or toolbar in the top of the content window. It is not a problem with all users and I cannot see anything 'vastly' different between users that show the data and users that don't show it. Registration dates don't seem to be a key factor either, therefore I cannot pinpoint a change on the system.
When viewing the source between the pages of users with problems and those without, the following lines are missing (possibly more but the problem starts here):
<div class="patternToolBar">
<div class="patternToolBarButtons">
<span class="patternButton">
Haven't found problem on anything other than user pages, but since it is random I worry that it is present across the instance and users will find the problem before I can fix it.
Dakar 4.0.2
Running on Linux
Problem seen on IE and Mozilla
Have you been using Dakar 4.0.0 or 4.0.1? If so, could the difference be the time of registration? --

All users existed on 4.0.1. I copied all user files over to 4.0.2. There are no new users on 4.0.2 therefore if it was a copy problem or something to that effect I would expect it on every user. -- Dana
After taking the time to go through each user within my twiki instance it seems that the users with a userform attached are missing the toobar/breadcrumbs at the top of their user page while users that have their data in a simple bulleted list have the toolbar/breadcrumbs. I'm not sure why some people would have a userform while others wouldn't....but narrowing in on some more information. -- Dana
This item was lost to history due to not having a codebase field. An archaeologist stumbled over it on 3/2/07
