The
SiteMap (also in
WelcomeGuest) does not list anymore the public webs.
This bug was introduced by removing SITEMAPLIST (

This is because SITEMAPLIST is
not used as a TWikiVariable. The Set statement was purely used as a target for a search. The fact that it also defined a web-level variable was irrelevant, and undocumented (as usual).
The syntax is inappropriately overloaded, but to avoid further issues I have added it back in, with a big advisory note in _default/WebPreferences to try and help people who might make the same mistake I did.

Crawford, the be specific, it is undocumented because you removed the description for the settings in
WebPreferences. Original documentation in every
WebPreferences topic:
List this web in the SiteMap: If yes, Set SITEMAPLIST = on, and add the "what" and "use to..." description for the site map. Make sure to list only links that include the name of the web, e.g. TWiki.Topic links.
